The company will provide returns or refunds for all ordered products under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Discovery of non-human damage or missing items (excluding packaging).
- The ordered item does not match the received item (excluding color discrepancies).
- Receipt of expired products (only applicable to items with a quality date label).
- Skincare products, intimate items, food, etc., cannot be returned or refunded.
Return/Refund Procedures:
- All packaging materials must be retained, including original packaging and receipts.
- Contact us within seven days of receiving the ordered product to request a return/refund.
- Once the condition of the item is confirmed to meet the return/exchange policy, we will promptly inform you of the return/refund status.
- For refunds, we will arrange the refund within five working days after the item is received.
- For exchanges, we will promptly arrange the replacement after receiving the item.
- If we do not receive the item within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return/exchange request.
- Please consider the shipping risks before choosing a courier. If there is damage or loss during transit, the customer will bear the loss, and the company will not be liable for any compensation for such losses.
